The Small Print:
ENTRIES: It is the exhibitor's responsibility to contact
the Entry Clerk to confirm receipt of online or fax entries. The
Entry Clerk/Club will not be responsible for entries lost due
to communication errors. Per show rule 6.21: all entries must
be accompanied by proper entry fees. Entries sent online or faxed
must be paid in full within10 days of receipt or prior to the
start of the show, whichever is first; the club will charge $25
for entry fee nonpayment beyond 10 days. Make checks payable to
Salt City Cat Club; US$ checks only. Returned check fee is $50.
CASH ONLY AT THE DOOR. No refunds made once your entry is received
or for failure to bench. All entries in Championship (except Novice),
Premiership (except Novice), registered Kittens, recorded Household
Pets, and registered cats competing as Household Pets with an
Household Pet color class prefix will be scored for CFA awards.

accessible and nonsmoking. Show hall is not air conditioned but
has good air flow. Show management will take all reasonable care
to safeguard the personal property of exhibitors. However, neither
the club, its members, nor the facility shall not be liable for
loss or damage to such property. Judging and benching areas are

BENCHING: Use of ANY size security cage with odd numbered
entries will require purchase of an extra 1?2 cage space. End
of Row with single requires the purchase of an Extra 1?2 Cage

Limit one (1) benching request per exhibitor Please bring cage
curtains, fabric or towels to cover top, sides and back of cages.
Litter will be provided; please bring food & water bowls and
litter pans. Show Management will take all reasonable care to
safeguard the personal property of exhibitors, however neither
the club nor the hotel will be liable for loss or damage to such
property. Fantastic Felines of Central NY reserve the right to
substitute judges in case of illness or emergency.
HOUSEHOLD PETS: All HHPs must be at least 4 months old
and may not be declawed; any over the age of 8 (eight) months
must beneutered or spayed.
HEALTH: All entries should be inoculated against Panleukopenia,
Rhinotracheitis and the Calici Viruses, and we recommend they
be tested for FeLV prior to entering the show hall. All cats must
be free of mites, fleas, fungus and any contagious illnesses.
All claws (front and back) must be clipped prior to benching.
NY State mandates current rabies inoculation for all cats, it
is advisable that you bring your cat's certificate(s).
